Instead of waiting, we ourselves begin construction of these homes in anticipation of the needs of our clients who either have a pressing time issue or who wish to skip the design phase of having a home built. In either case one of our "spec" homes is the solution. These homes are either built and ready for move-in, or are currently under various stages of construction.
