Romanelli and Hughes is excited to announce our participation in the upcoming July 09, Central Ohio’s BIA Parade of Homes. The site of this year’s Parade will be Tartan Ridge, Dublin’s new upscale residential community designed to embrace the high architectural standards and parkland traditions that exemplify this central Ohio city. Designed with gently curving tree lined boulevards, a neighborhood retail center, planned parks and green spaces, villas and single family homes, Tartan Ridge is one of Ohio’s finest examples of a well planned mixed use community where residents and retailers can thrive together. This community in Union County is situated on 189 acres bordered by Hyland Croy Road on the west, McKitrick Road on the south and Jerome/Avery Road on the east.      Our featured Parade Home portrays the architectural qualities of a European Country Style home. The façade draws attention to the main entrance with a dramatic tall arched portico with wrought iron railing that frames the detailed front door giving no doubt where the main point of entry for the home is located. This is one of the many classical elements of the traditional style architecture that defines this community. A mix of cultured stone and stucco in warm earth tones with accents of board and batten siding give the home a feeling of elegance, prominence and timelessness.

     The gracious two-story foyer is open to a grand staircase leading up to an interior balcony. A formal Dining Room with a dramatic ceiling is connected to the gourmet Kitchen through a hall lined with a Butler’s Pantry and Wine Room. The spacious Kitchen features soaring 12’ ceilings, an island, generous counter and cupboard space.
