Please refer to the support line listed above if experiencing problems with our homeowner access software other than login issues. Romanelli and Hughes cannot troubleshoot any browser problems or malfunctions of the Buildlinks program on personal home computers. We have found that the most common problem is browser compatibility. To combat this particular issue we recommend either updating your current browser or using an alternative browser at your discretion. Please remember to use the suggested installation instructions and requirements when installing new software.

Known issues:

PC's: If using Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser, make sure it is version 6.029 or better.

MAC's: There are issues with the Safari browser, try using Firefox.
